Useful information
Arrival & Departure
All rentals start at 5:00PM and end at 10:00AM. The flats are not accessible before 5:00PM on the day of arrival or after 10:00AM on the day of departure, unless agreed with the owner.
Book your transfers with us: a taxi will be waiting for you at the airport or the train station.
If you don't book your transfer with us, we will invite you to the Altitude Courchevel Agency to pick up the keys. And if you have booked equipment, ski passes and lessons with us, we will guide you.
On your departure
When you book your return transfer with us, a taxi will be waiting outside your flat to take you to your destination.
NB. All hire equipment must be returned to the hire shop before we pick you up.
